You can just make a file called "GAMES" in the root of dev_hdd0 with multiman and put your files in there. However, in my experience, not all games are in pkg files and require RAP files.įor those ones, which are usually in a folder and contain files like PS3_GAME, PS3_UPDATE, etc. Once you activate your system, you can sign out of PSN and safely enable HEN once again. If that does happen, refer to this video: (it says HAN in the title but its a universal guide, works with HEN too)Īnd if you don't get any kind of prompt like that, then even better :) If, at any point, you get told "Your system needs yo update to access PSN", don't update. You'll have to do this while HEN is not enabled, or you will run the risk of getting your account and your console banned. This requires you to sign into PSN and activate your system. However, your system needs to be activated first. ![]() If you can transfer the RAP files over to your PS3, then you'll be good to go! The thing with HEN is that it automatically activates your RAP files if you create a folder named "exdata" in the root of dev_hdd0 in your PS3 and put the RAP files in there. If you are installing a pkg file, then you'll almost always need a RAP file to activate it, since its a PSN game and needs licensing. ![]() I never used prepISO for transferring or installing games, but I do know how installing games generally works.
